Private "In Home" Marriage Help and Mentoring

For some couples, it may be more "doable" to have us (Joel and Kathy together, of course) come to your home to meet with you one on one. We RECOMMEND that you first attend a Weekend Marriage Intensive but for some people of "means" the cost in lost work time traveling by air or car to Palm Coast is huge. If this is the case, you may request an in-home visit. Joel and Kathy will come to your home, arriving on Monday and departing on Thursday for a cost of $3500. If you do not have private sleeping space, you may pay for us to stay in a hotel. We will eat at your home or you may treat us when eating at restaurants. The $3500 includes our travel expenses assuming that the airfare and travel expenses do not exceed $1000. You will pick us up at the airport and return us to the airport on Thursday. You will have our full attention Monday evening - Thursday morning minus a few hours on Tuesday as Kathy conducts the women's call and Joel conducts the men's call for two hours. Pre-requisite requirement is that you have both watched the 12 hour DVD set and read both books before we arrive. You will also each write up a detailed outline of the marriage issues and history to send to us in advance so that we can make best use of our time together.Another opportunity for a home visit is this: In some cases, after consultation, we may approve that you would bring one of our helper couples to your home to work with you for a week. If you have not attended a Weekend Marriage Intensive, you may bring one of our helper couples to your home for Monday - Friday work week. The cost will be $1500 plus their travel and food costs. If you are an Intensive alumni, the cost would be only $1000 plus travel and food costs. Again, we recommend that you would attend a Weekend Marriage Intensive instead of this option. However, in some cases, this option will be available. Pre-requisite requirement is that you have attended a Weekend Marriage Intensive or that you have both watched the 12 Hour DVD set and read both books. You will also write up a detailed outline of the marriage history and issues in advance for our

The following event is over: For five years, we offered our books, CD's and DVD's to counselors from all over the country at the National Christian Counselors Association Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. www.ncca.org This was one of the highlights of our year in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 and in 2008. We met so many great people who are professional counselors and have received regular feedback from many of the new friends that we made there throughout the years. Special thanks to all of the NCCA counselors who are regularly utilizing The Man of Her Dreams/The Woman of His!" and "Livin' It and Lovin' It" in their practices. Special thanks also to those counselors who send their "worst case" clients to our Weekend Marriage Intensives. We utilize the NCCA Arnot profile in our Weekend Marriage Intensives and highly recommend this organization should you want to pursue becoming a licensed counselor.

Joel and Kathy have been to South Africa THREE TIMES! From January 10-31 of 2006, Joel and Kathy ministered in Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA. This was their first missions trip to minister to marriages in South Africa. We conducted 20 services in 20 days in Six different locations! Hallelujah! Themessage was well received and marriages were saved!

We returned to South Africa from October 11- November 7th, 2006. We again conducted over 20 services in J'burg, Limpopo and Durban, and ministered on a Johannesburg radio station... three times! The message that we share on marriage is desperately needed, it is radical for South Africa and it is HUNGRILY received.

We Returned to South Africa for a third time in October of 2007. We left on October 10, 2007 and returned on November 6th.

The same man who coordinates Rodney Howard Brown's South African Itinerary coordinated our meetings. Our schedule while there was as follows:

Thank you to those who gave to pay for our airfare, car rental and other necessary travel money! We will be returning to South Africa after Josiah graduates from High School in 2012, as the Lord leads. We will then again be collecting offerings to cover the cost for the airfare, car rental and incidentals while in the USA before, during and immediately after the trip. Our goal is $5500. Our other expenses when we are in South Africa are covered by offerings there. As soon as our schedule is complete for South Africa, 2009, it will be posted above in place of the 2007 schedule. (We are not going in the fall of 2008 as planned previously. Our kids are all at significant ages and times in their lives. We decided that wisdom would dictate that we not leave for a month again this particular year.) Wow. This announcement of cancellation was posted in April of 2008. We felt like we should not go to South Africa - and thank God that we followed that leading. We were scheduled to go in October of 2008 - which would have been only a few weeks after Shekinah Glory went to heaven. We would have then had to have cancelled airplane tickets and disappointed churches in SA at the last minute had we not have cancelled the trip months before. God knew. All we knew is that we "felt" like we were supposed to cancel the trip. God knew. That is all.
